Chander Haat Children`s Theatre

Chander Haat a nationaly welfare cultural organization and this group is one of the district Branches. This organization was formed in 1980 to crop up the children’s of the country.Since its inception the organization played very important role for the development of the children`s cultural activites of the Bangladesh. The group was distict champion in 1995 &1996.It started children`s Theatre activities form the inspiration of people`s Theatre Association 1995 and the last for 16 years years it produced several Dramas of the children. The remarkable producation Bir Isa Kha,Putuler Beay,The Map,Aladin,Alour pathy,Ekbar fira chaw,Chander Haater Cand Moni, Gopal Var, The Punishment of a King,Sedal Mati, Dance Drama Baider Maye & Nakshi Kathar Mat.Chander hatt has participated in the Internationl children Theatre festival New Dilhi India in 1999,2001,2008 and International children`s Theatre festival Orissa in 2003,2005,2007,2010 in Kolkata international Children theatre festival 2009,2010. last 2012 we participants 8^th World Children Theatre Festival Toyama at JAPAN. Chander Hatt Childrens Theatre Got the recognition of International Amateur  Theatre Association (IATA/AITA) in 2014. (Membership no-239)

This group also participated in the open air Theatre activities,organised two children`s theatre workshop and organized five children`s theatre festival south in zone in Bangladesh.Chander Hatt is proceeding strongly towards the peak with the inspiration of the Chander Hatt Central committee and people`s theatre association Bangladesh.
